Meet the Owner
Brian Clelland, RMT, is an experienced Registered Massage Therapist who has been in practice since 2005. He is dedicated to providing high-quality, results-oriented care tailored to each client’s individual needs. Brian offers a comprehensive range of therapeutic services, including deep tissue massage, sports massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, fascial stretch therapy, acupressure, and aromatherapy.
In addition to hands-on treatment, Brian emphasizes client education and long-term wellness. He provides personalized home care guidance, including stretching and remedial exercise programs, to support injury recovery, enhance performance, and help prevent future issues.
From 2010 to 2022, Brian specialized in rehabilitation while working in a sub-acute hospital setting in Toronto. During this time, he focused on activities of daily living (ADL) rehabilitation and palliative care, gaining extensive experience supporting clients with complex medical needs, chronic conditions, and functional recovery.
Prior to his hospital work, Brian practiced in a variety of high-end and athletic environments, including Mayfair Tennis Clubs, the spa at Holt Renfrew Toronto, and Miraj Hammam at the Shangri-La Hotel Toronto. This diverse background allows him to work effectively with athletes, rehabilitation clients, and those seeking relaxation and stress relief alike.
